      Topher no longer provides his professional opinion based on pictures alone. He need to physically see, touch, hold, etc.. the rocks. Topherspin Meteorites has a few different service offerings…..rock identification is one of them. You would pay a minimum fee of $75.00 and you are responsible for shipping both ways. As you know, Topher is well known around the world, so we receive hundreds of requests weekly, requests just like yours from people he doesn’t even know. At the beginning of 2022, we decided as a company that we could no longer let Topher do this for free. It was taking up soooo much of his time. It was hurting our company, so we had to make some changes. Would you like more information regarding this PAID service?

    Ii come from philippines, im asking if the carbonaceous meteorite is a diamond? Thanks

    • @TopherspinMeteorites
      @TopherspinMeteorites  ปีที่แล้ว

      There is a bunch of people discussing this. Supposedly carbonado diamonds are very very small but formed due to a collapsing supernova. Again this is all in theory. They are definitely not something that are white and round like "Lonsdaleite diamond" balls.

      If you go to Patreon.com and search my company, you will find a way to sign up as a $25 a month Rockhound Supporter.
      That will allow you to submit one three minute video sample per month for our expert crew to give you our opinion on. We will either rule it out or tell you yes it's worth spending more money and time getting in touch with scientists. We could even help during that process if it passes our tests.

    I have a lot of meteorites I locate them with frequency and frequency lines I use antenna rods and I have had them tested but I do not have a market for them help please give me the time of day and I will make you some money I'm not a greedy person

    • @TopherspinMeteorites
      @TopherspinMeteorites  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That is not a scientific way of hunting and collecting meteorites and meteorites are not "found" often at all. That makes me super dubious that you have anything of extraterrestrial origin.
      Submit pictures to: facebook.com/groups/isitameteorite or facebook.com/groups/meteorite.or.meteorwrong. The power of the Facebook Groups I recommend is that there are a bunch of knowledgeable geologists and meteorite people in there.

    What would it take to get you to come to my home and look at my massive collection of rocks, minerals, and meteor(mights)...? If i have a million dollar rock ill give you 30% of its value!☺️🤷🏻‍♂️ comin over next week? Lol

    • @TopherspinMeteorites
      @TopherspinMeteorites  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It would take a million dollars in hand before I came over anyone's house to look at rocks and minerals. I'm not a geologist and have no interest in them whatsoever. I found that 99.99% of meteorites are all meteorwrongs. In my video descriptions there's instructions of how to submit pictures to a knowledgeable group.
      Besides, only 30% of the one rock that's worth anything after I dig through piles and piles of rock and then probably have to work months to get it classified and even longer to find a buyer for a million dollar rock. I only get 30%!? That's not how business is done my friend.
