Rams CUT Brian Allen, Hire 8 New Staff Members for the 2024 Season

- The Rams made a final decision on Brian Allen today, and released him from the team while saving a total of $4.9MM towards their 2024 salary cap. They took on some dead money, but it’s definitely the first domino to fall for what’s set up to be mayhem once free agency officially begins. They’ve also finalized their coaching staff with a total of 8 new hires, and the connections between each hire are proof that Sean McVay and Les Snead are preparing to go all-in once again for the 2024 season.

Great breakdown on coaches Whoa that’s a lot of changes. I’m good with both Allen and Noteboom being cut, but hoping Mcvay has a plan because we need a great O-line to be in contention

Allen cut = Dotson gets multiyear deal, IMO. Keeping the OL continuity going forward with enhancements & depth is key to push for the Lombardi. This is gonna be a fun offseason for RAMS fans!

Cheers brother. The internet is good! It’s just a matter of me (Dene) being in Jersey and Nick being in LA. It’s bound to happen at least once but will look into seeing if it can improve

The Rams will draft Defense and then draft more defense. You never want to sound your QB with rookies, Olinemen. The Rams can keep their top 5 starting Oline intact if they choose to.
I think they trade sum picks this an next year to move up an get Quinyon Mitchell Cb round 1 at 19, Troy fautanu tackle around 38-40 & Malachi Corley wr at 52 in round 2,
Beau brade free safety or Cole Bishop free safety at 71 with Javon Bullard strong safety at 83 in 3rd round,
tahj Tahj Washington wr at 153 an Zion Tupuola-Fetui or Muhammed Kamara Edge at 154 in 5th Round,
