Hi, is it to late to join your server 8? Has everyone become powerful and high level? Is there a point to join as a new player, the thing is I really want to be in your server and the same kingdom and possible the same alliance as you.
Never too late, as in other games, the benefit to joining an older server still have it's perks in being able to level up faster. As you power up, you can work your way into higher ranked alliances. I always recommend players to make an account in S8, even if they to make another character in a new server to get that Day 1 feel. As S8 is the last of the Beta servers, and the most organized server this far in the game. As we look to be focusing and preparing for things like Server vs Server, if and when it releases. We are in it for the long-game here.
TheBOSSNASTi and also is there any way for me to transfer my current save to another server instead of starting a new one, I have like a portal in my items / inventory but it says only a novice can use it to travel to another world??

It is from the 30-day gem supply. It's the 5% Building Speed Buff they added onto to that bundle.
Is the second round heart stronger then the 1st one?
It is. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds get harder for Chaos Beasts and Relic/World Heart garrison powers. It maxes at Round 3, from what we have seen.

You attack players troops on rss tiles, attacking their cities, or defending an attack on your city. PvP is how you get Honor
