I have been using Highness for the past one year.
The service cost are not always 5000. Normally it cost under 2000 if no parts are changed.
Of course spare parts are expensive. The visor alone cost 2000😊.

Using this bike from past 1.5years. Insane bike for the price.Bhayankara comfortable and refined engine. Shocks kurach hard side ahnu,other than that it's a value for money bike. I'm so satisfied and pwolich odikanum pattum.150kmph top speed.💥

In my experience Highness 350 service costs about ₹3500/- to ₹3800/- & if you ride sensibly you will get mileage around 37-40km/L.

Santro xing is having less milege 17.9kmpl (without ac). But if they re-released it properly with updates keeping in all existing positives (not the 2019 crap) i would buy it again.

You can't find a ford user who wants to sell their vehicle. Since they can't get another vehicle in current market with the same spec and even features.(Diesel)
Ford users may agree with this.
Still u can't get a proper replacement for ecosport diesel even one segment above.
