I wouldve laughed so hard if they offered ron the seaweed snack and he was like "yknow ive had a really bad expirence with these before but maybe thisll be different"
20:43 Henry draws his first card 22:58 Glen draws his first card (and fights a squirrel) 28:18 Ron draws his card 30:03 Mr. Mustache draws a card 38:38 Scam Likely draws a card 43:21 Henry draws his second card 52:42 Glen pulls his second card 55:32 Henry draws his third (and last) card 56:41 Glen draws his third card 1:00:40 Glen draws his fourth (and final) card
This episode is just a solid hour of the find out portion, it's absolutely chaotic and is such a roller coaster and it's probably my favorite of the first season.
Glenn struggling to fight a squirrel destroyed me, I doubled over laughing so hard I almost took myself out on the kitchen counter. And then the Ron-moustache whiplash hit and I just gave up and laid down on the floor. Holy cow
I’m literally sitting here, technically, because I was about to cry, because of how endearing Ron is in his confusion and stupidity, but actually a profound wisest to him. The type of person you need to sit down and decipher the logic and words and thoughts behind whatever they’re saying to you, or determine whether or not, there are any thoughts behind it but Ron to his core is an amazing person and an amazing father, and he was so kind to that mustache and it wasn’t out of alterior your motive or out of pity but out of Ron purely just being Ron. All the events with the mustache and Ryan at Cetera have been undone, and technically never happened. It’s not even in a parallel or alternate reality. It’s unraveled and been unwritten from the fabric of space and time itself. At that point, I started correctly, but now that I’m pondering the decision, I don’t know if it truly was selfish, because although it basically west for themselves in my head the mustache isn’t the same as before
I thought Darrells mistrust might’ve been slightly unwarranted, even though I got the weirdest vibe from canary I just didn’t think they would poison the seaweed or anything, but we were both more right than we knew. That deck and many things twist was really great. In the beginning of this episode was very comforting and enjoyable, for some reason
My group was forced into drawing from the deck of many things by a very old being. One of my party mates thought it was 5:1 good to bad, so he drew 5 cards. Alignment change, saves down by one, saves down by ANOTHER one, dread wraith. He barely beat the dread wraith after a healer NPC jumped in to save him. Then he rolls wish! ... ... ... And then wishes to draw two more cards. The first draw of the new two was WISH. Followed by another WISH. I drew immediately after and also drew Wish. We totaled 11 wishes between the two of us.
I'd have added a card that changes your characters class based in a dice roll for shiggles. Congrats Ron, you're now a Paladin with the stats of a rogue 😂
21:01 its sern (jk obviously it's going to be payton) 24:11 i was hopin someone would get this one lol. Fates card could easily undo them trading the cards, not like they needed em anymore to help grant anyways 36:39 Mr. Mustache is dead to me 😭 40:25 Quite Frankly is god tier. I wonder if Mr. Mustache loves Well Actually lol. 52:48 disappointed ron had no reaction to well actually and Mr. Mustache 56:59 i was gonna say "watch glen pull Void now" but this is better 1:01:01 oh FUCK 😂 two of the best AND two of the worst
Well, actually, might actually be me because I literally thought the same thing. I was just afraid it was gonna be like fucking genie rules and you can wish for more wishes.
Dammit I hate that. It’s only that you can undo something instead of actually making a wish because then you have to think about all the trickles in the interconnected vibes and the domino effect trickling down and fucking falling from the foundation and just breaking apart. I was gonna say just wish everyone back to life, including the kids well initially it was just the kids… but though it’s extreme wish fulfillment, it doesn’t actually grant you a specific wish
The smell of wet peanut butter is vile and I'm so glad there's at least one other person who acknowledges that, because everyone always looks at me like I'm crazy when I say it makes me quesy..
Last episode, I think, they rolled a one on the encounter table. They all failed a perception check so Anthony told them everything was "fine". Cern snuck "off screen" in their camp to steal the deck.
I’d rather than just undo the fact that they drew the cards in the first place, then undo the fact that he stole them. I kind of takes away. Is Holland agency an autonomy in a metal way and he would probably just try to achieve the same goals in a different manner. Who knows about all the other ripple effects they may have. And if the cars were ever changing, they could map out which did what which would be extremely useful and convenient.
You threw a bag of beans already established to have unpredictable affects, and you didn’t check whether it was loose. You just threw an open bag without closing it at least that’s how I remember it. And let’s not play the blame game because we are supposed to be a team, that being said it was a crappy throw. You can be a good shot but a bad catcher and vice Versa.
OK, Beth. We get it. You have ex-boyfriends who you can't get over and move on from. This is like the 4th episode where she makes a weird reference to them. It's crazy girl behavior.
there is no better d&d podcast in the history of d&d podcasts to have a deck of many things arc
Glen pulling out a crab Gundam is the best thing he could have done.
Edit: Never mind.
Sad days
I wouldve laughed so hard if they offered ron the seaweed snack and he was like "yknow ive had a really bad expirence with these before but maybe thisll be different"
This is honestly my favorite episode that sums up the entire first season😂😂😂
One of the best!!!
Anthony and Will’s reactions to Freddie drawing “The Void” 🤣🤣🤣
Dude I read this and was like “oh darn I spoiled the episode for myself” BUT BRO, that was still so unexpected.
20:43 Henry draws his first card
22:58 Glen draws his first card (and fights a squirrel)
28:18 Ron draws his card
30:03 Mr. Mustache draws a card
38:38 Scam Likely draws a card
43:21 Henry draws his second card
52:42 Glen pulls his second card
55:32 Henry draws his third (and last) card
56:41 Glen draws his third card
1:00:40 Glen draws his fourth (and final) card

I’ll never get over Glenn essentially getting the Quickening from a FREAKING SQUIRREL
in every campaign i've ever seen where the players get a deck of many things soemone always draws the dungeon card its insane
what a roller coaster of emotions
If Ron didn’t give any seaweed snacks to mustache then wouldn’t mustache never have drawn a card
Was thinking the same thing but it is what it is

Everyone was starting to LOVE Mr. Moustache and immediately he betrayed them. Every single npc 😔
I mean, he WAS scam likley

This episode was fucking brutal
i was hoping when i faintly heard scams ring tone he would be speaking during comercial

Glenn has become OP 😂
Rip S.L
wait... dont you have to draw the cards with intention to active the card? ... Never mind thats D&D lol
Yes but earlier they tricked The Library into drawing a card so it's canon now that you can do that
@@rachel7815shiiit now that you say that I’m realizing this was definitely just Anthony getting revenge for what they tried to pull on the librarian
This episode gave me whiplash 😂
36:15 is killing me 😭😭😭😭😭
I got so far into this campaign seeing this episode and all the while thinking there HAS to be some serious patio comparisons.
If Ron never drew the cards then Mr. Mustache the dog never got any cards, He should still be a dog.
I love Quite Frankly
21:01 its sern (jk obviously it's going to be payton)

Holy crap. I can definitely see why Beth has so many exes based on how often she mentions them.
If they ever need a patreon episode, I'm surprised they haven't run a What-Iif scenario to see if Glenn could have won against death
OMG IS THAT SUN IN AN EMPTY ROOM BY THE WEAKERTHANS ??
Well, actually, might actually be me because I literally thought the same thing. I was just afraid it was gonna be like fucking genie rules and you can wish for more wishes.
CRUNDAM (CRAB GUNDAM)

Holy shit the wet peanut butter, unlocked memories of doing dishes in chow hall when in the military. Its so fukin bad!! And i love peanut butter!!
The smell of wet peanut butter is vile and I'm so glad there's at least one other person who acknowledges that, because everyone always looks at me like I'm crazy when I say it makes me quesy..
What an incredible moment hahahahaha
Wait so how did Cern get the deck if they wouldn't give it to him?
Last episode, I think, they rolled a one on the encounter table. They all failed a perception check so Anthony told them everything was "fine". Cern snuck "off screen" in their camp to steal the deck.
@@Florescesar81 oooo Ok that explains a lot haha. thank you
The intro 🤣

Bro if ron didnt draw then scam likely wouldnt come back

they said his death would be the biggest scam
Lol scam likely came back
bro forget this the scam coming back is way better
I LOST SCAM LIKELY TWICE 😭😭😭
F for scam likely
😮
