That is so sad that in today's time 2022 that black people don't have that same urgent feeling about having their own black community with everything that we could go to and utilize everywhere you look Latin people have stores laundromat liquor stores churches you name it they have it I'm in Los Angeles so the only thing black we have is that little strip of Ethiopia all Fairfax and San Vicente and Leimert Park that little strip over there by Crenshaw and 43rd and when we do get something that our parents our great-grandparents worked hard for what's the first thing the kids do when they get it they sell it or they lose it to only go and rent an apartment when you had a house or business handed to you that was completely pay it off or close to it

Thank you, Carmswt!!!!
That is so sad that in today's time 2022 that black people don't have that same urgent feeling about having their own black community with everything that we could go to and utilize everywhere you look Latin people have stores laundromat liquor stores churches you name it they have it I'm in Los Angeles so the only thing black we have is that little strip of Ethiopia all Fairfax and San Vicente and Leimert Park that little strip over there by Crenshaw and 43rd and when we do get something that our parents our great-grandparents worked hard for what's the first thing the kids do when they get it they sell it or they lose it to only go and rent an apartment when you had a house or business handed to you that was completely pay it off or close to it
Thank you for your words, Vanessa. I agree there is so much more we could be doing particularly in the area of business. Actually we do any type of black business is online or in my area..im in the DMV..The hispanic people here ( salvadorians, Honduras ) mainly have businesses..But they didn't go thru what my parents and grandparents went though, and these people like africans WILL get a loan faster than a black american which is the hustle that is consistently run on us ..no excuses but that is the truth
I'm sure them bullies regret it later in life.

Hello MaMa. Believe it or not, that historic painting was painted by Ronald Harrison, not Ernie Barnes. Initially, I thought so as well. But thank you for watching and commenting. I hope you are a new subscriber.💪🏿👏🏿🙏🏿👍🏿✊🏿
