I am from South India. It is great to learn about so many historic and wonderful places, products, people and culture of Assam and North East which many Indians in rest of India do not know about. Thanks to VLoggers and TH-camrs who bring such amazing videos to the world and help us know about this great Indian state. It would be better if there are subtitles in English for the rest of the world to understand.
Ahom kingdom capital was not Sivasagar the capital was inside of today's Sivasagar distrcit, the most glorious capital of Ahoms was Rangpur established by Great Rudra Singha. Factually Sivasagar dist got it's name from Sivasagar tank which was excavated by Siva Singha wife Ambika inside of Ranpur capital. And the 'Sagar' which is in the name of this tanks is a title given to 7 great tanks excavated during the Ahom reign some are- Joysagar, Gaurisagar, Sivasagar, Lakshmi Sagar, Athai Sagar, Vishnu Sagar and one more.
