Totally disagree. I feel beyond what I hear, as long as the lyrics are not obstructively dumb. The human voice is compelling. A beautiful voice can make a song almost alone. Think of anjunadeep 08 for instance; Hunger of The Pine. Think of the minimalism in other tracks by Lane 8 with vocal, such as Miradors.
I believe this track would have been better with a vocal part somewhere inside.

My god what is it about this that is just so pleasurable?! Its fascinating how each of us connect with certain genres and certain songs. In such a way you want to shake the people around you and exclaim "How can you not like this?!".
Alas, music is a personal experience, and god am i glad i stumbled upon this :')
