I want to make this bigger fir a gift because my grad- daughter is getting married christmas eve and this is so pretty. Please help.
It looks like DK yarn is used for this sample...for which you'd use a 4mm hook for regular crochet. A standard "rule of thumb" about Tunisian hook size is to increase 2mm from a reg crochet hook size for whatever yarn weight you're using; so, for DK yarn it would be 6mm. 😊
This hook is called a Tunisian hook, this is the type of crocheting she is doing and you can get in all sizes even long ones to do a blanket. Hope this helps you.
