The video monitors in this case aren't billboards, they are scenery items that come with an animated texture. I heard that rct3 billboards can show a sequence of images but i don't know if you can actually make them look like they're playing a "video".
Yes. Dacsdacs was the name of my channel before I changed it to Theme Park Recreations. The Jurassic Park scenery set was extensively refined though (compared to the one shown in the old video) before It was released.

It’s cool but it’s missing the two psittacosaurs in the first scene, sauropod lagoon.
I love the Mickey Mouse hat cameo from that original video back in like 1997 I think
