I'd do anything that Koreans tell me to do about skin routines because LOOK at that flawless skin.
But its also their genetics but mainly the beauty pressure of the country, motivates them to do all these routines.
I honestly never have time for them and if I will do it i always stop after a week due to lack of time😓

ArTifarrr the point is that their routines work!! My skin was horrible and I didn’t even think the products would work for my skin type but alas I was wrong. At the end of the day, one decides whether they want to look like they care or look like an over ripe banana. I added a few more minutes to cleansing and moisturizing. Total game changer

I tried this at home and it really does reduce my pores! My pores used to be noticeable (but weren’t large) and now they gotten smaller. I used a moisturizer with 92% aloe Vera and waited 15 min and used a toner like Una did in the video. I encourage you all to try this :)

I live in a country where equatorial line passes by and I have oily skin, hence enlarged pore is almost unavoidable unless you got genetics. Still battling acne but I'll try this when my face has cleared up. Thanks for your video.

1.클렌징할때 오일프리 제품 사용
우리 피부에 기름이 많을수록 피지분비가 더 심해지면서 모공이 커지는데 클렌징오일을 자주 하게되면 피지분비가 더 심해져요.
2. 3gf앰플 발라주기
3. 린제이 콜라겐 모델링팩으로 모공 닫아주기
4. 레티놀크림(선택사항)
크림은 사람마다 달라서 저는 피부가 예민해서 레티놀크림은 안발라요.

그래도 피부는 타고 나는게 너무 큰 것 같음. 나는 어머니쪽 피부를 좀 닮았음. 피부가 좋지 않은 사람은 진짜 나름 관리해도 좀 좋아지거나 어느 정도 유지가 되지 그렇다고 관리 안하면 안좋아짐. 나 같은 경우는 하루 일 끝내고 집와서 거울보면 얼굴에 기름은 묻어있고 코는 특히 피지 분비 심해서 빨갛게 올라와 있음. 매일 규칙적으로 생활하고 자기 전에 잘 씻고 화장품 바르고 술, 담배 절대 안하고 음식도 채식 위주로 먹고 과일도 조금씩 챙겨먹고 운동도 일주일에 2~3번씩은 하고 물도 하루에 3리터 이상 먹어도 어느 정도 좋아질 뿐 완전히 좋아지는데는 한계가 있더라. 반면 우리 아버지는 술, 담배하시고 심지어 태어나서 얼굴에 뭐 바른 적이 없음. 근데 여드름이나 피부 달아오는게 하나도 없고 깨끗함. 피부는 그래도 50퍼는 타고 나는 것 같다.
피부는 99프로의 타고남과 1프로의 현질입니다.

진짜 피부는 어릴때부터 돈쳐바르는게 아닌이상 타고나는게 98퍼이상임 여드름나기도 전에 중학생되자말자 매주 피부과가서 돈쳐바르면 되긴하더라ㅋㅋㅋ피부에만 몇억 꼴아박겠더만
90퍼 이상입니다!!!!!
그리고 장 건강이랑도 영향이 있어요. 저는 장이 나빠지고 피부가 안좋아졌어요

If you're prone to migraines and headaches though, I wouldn't recommend the cold towel. You already don't have good circulation at the back of your neck and in fact should probably be using a hot towel to increase circulation

저도 더울땐 무조건 목 뒤를 시원하게!!!얼음스카프(쿨스카프)하면 좀 더 손이 편하게 열을 내릴 수 있더라구요. 그리고 겨드랑이도 차갑게 해주면 확실히 상체열이 빠르게 빠져요.

Since aloe grows every single area in my country i use it alot. It cured my severe acne and acne marks. Always wash your fave with warm water and then emd off with cold water. That opens the pores, cleans inside and cold water then closes the pores
@Nathan Harrison yes aloe vera is very beneficial for acne and its marks. It wont make the marks dissapear overnight but you'lll notice it'll be gone in a month. Also make sure if you using the plant to get rid of the poison first and if you using a product then make sure its 100% aloe and natural.
This is the steps:
-Wash your face with nothing but warm water. (Unless you wore make up then first clean the make as you usually do)
- rub your skin in circular motions all over so you get your blood flowing and dirt out since your pores are open.
- wash your face with ice cold water. To close and shrink the pores.
-pat your face dry with a towel. always pat, DONT RUB!!!
- apply generous amount of aloe and rub in circular motions, if it absorbs and theres none left apply more and let it rest overnight. You must have it layered on your skin, so your face must be wet with aloe.
- wake up in the morning and wash your face with warm water and then cold water.
While you doing this i advise you to avoid using face wash, cleansers etc unless its important to remove your make up.
This is what i do and i pray it works for you too. Dont forget to patch test incase you alergic to aloe vera.
@Nathan Harrison yeah it is bad. I did a extensive reseearch in facial producst and most contain enzymes and chemicles that would make you dependant on the product. It also causes acne breakout so avoid it. Just try only aloe vera and a good moisturizer and see how it goes. Remember it works differently for everyone. Sometimes it takes faster or longer than other people.
