Nothin wrong with using a learning tool to- well learn! One should never exclusively rely on AI, but its really helpful when you get stuck with a specific issue and need some direction AI rarely solves my problems, but more often than not it points me in the right direction!
As effective if not more than StackOF depending on the problem you're trying to solve. As long as you don't ask stuff like : How do I hack this system ?
