What is forbidden is if a woman sings sexily that it brings out unnecessary lustful and sexual thoughts than that's haram. A talent is a gift from God. If a woman has it and not use it she's not appreciating it then. If it's haram per se, why than did God give her the talent for a woman as the means to earn a living? 😀 Hope this explanation helps
