I could see the frustration of that landing. Also, when the community devs were talking about the whole lack of ship interiors, this is kind of a prime example. If you had to wait for your ship doors to open, then run up to your cockpit, sitdown and then take off, you'd probably be dead by then. Still, I do wish the option was still there for the players. So if you wanted ship interiors to be active, there would be something in the settings or the like
Did I just see someone mention RATE FIGHTING outside of something like DCS? Nice to see someone do something other than the one-circle jousting typical of Elite Dangerous. However usually in the context where the term "rate fight" is used the sentence "locked a Viper into a rate fight" is typically bad news as the F-16 is VERY dominant in rate fights.
Dude you got some nice engineering done on that gear, I haven't seen night vision from a suit yet. And that missile launcher... I gotta get me one of those... And the auto reload when weapons are put away, that rocket was always ready!
You can get preingeenered gear with night vision, i got an artemis g3 with night vision and extra running (forgot the last thing's name), or extra sprint, a dominator tho, thats hard to find, so it's most likely engineering by the cmdr

There are definitely ways I could have made the initial attack run easer, such as using Dumbfire Missile Racks to take out the Goliath faster and using a ship that can effectively use a Point Defense Turret or two to limit the missile spam. For the FPS stuff I could have used my G5 Tormentor exclusively and two-tapped any NPC there.
You were definitely having Omnipol folks at the end. I don't think the local NPCs are Elite ranked, but nearly all the folks at the end were. Impressive body count. Let me guess Notoriety 10 thug life == sleeping it off at a local station? Also, well done on completing this in a Dominator Suit. Definitely the right choice, but I thought if you needed to cut your way in and you didn't have any e-breaches, the mission would be a wash. I liked that you are using off-meta weapons. I have a feeling that FDev will nerf plasmas soon in a balance pass.
Indeed, it is part of the game's audio. There's an audio slider for it called "NPC Voice Volume" under the category "Voice Volume" in the Audio options section. I have mine turned all the way up so I can hear the background chatter better.

Why kinetic weapon? I usually just make my way through with Plasma shotgun, after I clear defence drones with Scorpion SRV.
But why you didnt turn off settelment alarm and defence cannons?
