HP Deskjet 1515 All is working perfectly fine. I just printed earlier and everything is good. But when I replaced the tricolor cartridge, a message popped up that says "incompatible ink cartridge -- Black". The tricolor cartridge works fine. The issue is, I didn't even touch the Black cartridge, I only replaced the Tricolor cartridge, and yet I am getting a message that my Black is incompatible. I tried all the reset and stuff, I even replaced the black ink cartridge with a new one, still "incompatible ink cartridge" message (what a waste of money). All 678 ink cartridges used on this printer are genuine and brand new. Do you have a solution for this type of unusual problem?

After having printed more than 40 pages trying to fix the problem, spent more than 3 hours trying to find out what is wrong with it, I came to the conclusion that the ink had the problem and I was very disappointed about that. The main reason I buy original HP inks is to have no problems with my printing. I will definitely ask for a full refund or an other ink and I think that I have bought some more problematic inks in the past which I have thrown them away ... I am pissing to think that much of my money has gone wasted haha

I have an HP Photosmart 5510. I needed to change 3 of the four cartridges (the three coloured cartridges) in my printer yesterday. I did so, but now the ink cartridge carriage is stuck on the left side and will not move. I followed the video above and frankly, it is an offensive joke that the guy puts his hand on the ink cartridge carriage and it easily moves to the one side when he pushes it because mine absolutely will not. My printer is showing a problem with the black cartridge I didn't replace, saying it is either faulty or missing, but I can't change it now because the ink cartridge carriage will not move into the middle. I do not have paper jams at all, there is nothing wrong with the printer (according to everything I have read) other than the ink cartridge carriage will not move and none of the steps in the video above work. I'm getting really frustrated with it now.

I have an HP Photosmart 5510. I needed to change 3 of the four cartridges (the three coloured cartridges) in my printer yesterday. I did so, but now the ink cartridge carriage is stuck on the left side and will not move. I followed the video above and frankly, it is an offensive joke that the guy puts his hand on the ink cartridge carriage and it easily moves to the one side when he pushes it because mine absolutely will not. My printer is showing a problem with the black cartridge I didn't replace, saying it is either faulty or missing, but I can't change it now because the ink cartridge carriage will not move into the middle. I do not have paper jams at all, there is nothing wrong with the printer (according to everything I have read) other than the ink cartridge carriage will not move and none of the steps in the video above work. I'm getting really frustrated with it now.
