- Now the temps are picking up (slowly) it’s time to get the koi back on the food!
Setting up the fishmate p7000 automatic feeder and making a feeding ring to stop the food going to waste.
Plus a play around with the returns from the @EvolutionAquaLtd tempest filter and skimmer clean.

A other great update on the pond and fish mate you can set that feeder up to do random if you have got the manual it tell you how to it mate.

Dave set the feeder to frequent feeding mode mate and you can have over 20 feeds a day from memory.
I have mine set to 10 times a day now from 6am - 10pm 👌

Initially, I was going NT medikoi but, I bit the bullet and brought a bag of saki Hikari. I’m really surprised at the difference already 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
feeding ring best thing I ever done. still some of the idiots spit it out and it ends up in the skimmer lol haha

Set it to (frequent feed) and it'll feed more than 3 times.

As others have mentioned the frequent feed mode you can set how many feeds, and during what hours. For example You could set 10am - 11am and 5 feeds. It would then feed at 10.00, 10.15, 10.30, 10.45, 11.00. From memory saki balance medium it dispensed Around 15g per feed.
