what upgrades do you take on the ol Octrain?

I get the stim health reduction on both perk upgrades. Octane being the only character that takes damage through an ability is why he’s so bad. You are throwing if you’re taking 2 pads or the red pad in higher level play. Pubs you can get away with it but still I prefer taking as little damage as possible with when I stim.
