Levi and Mikasa's surname is Ackerman and Levi just learned his surname from Kenny in the anime.Season 3 ep.47 Yes, Levi and Mikasa are relatives, but Mikasa has another bloodline is Asumabito Clan. Mikasa is still in love with and loyal to Eren, who knows that it's just a theory corner. And Eren now, I can't accept himself. I just use a different concept from people think Mikasa and Eren.Is that Cannon?If it's Twist ending. Nobody thinks beyond this? If Eren's lifespan is over, there is only one I want her to have, the one I want her to stay with is Levi. Are you read manga? maybe i am spoiling to you

If he knew his dad’s surname then he would’ve taken that, but has his mothers instead. And one last thing to make your day, apparently in the manga, in s3 where Levi and Mikasa are fighting, Mikasa stops and realises she doesn’t want to kill him and says ‘please...’.
