Depends, she says she just got her license not a car. If it’s her car then the little sister is in the wrong. If she’s driving someone else’s car then she is in the wrong, how about you concentrate on driving the 1.5 mile that’ll be 5 minutes instead of fighting with a kid about music?

The only reason the driver would be the ah would be if they were unduly endangering the sister. But sister is already old enough to walk and usually does. She is also old enough that she should know better than to antagonize and distract a new driver. There is a reason many places say new drivers shouldn't have friends in the car.
