Some people will appreciate the song, but those of us who this was simply a way of life, are almost brought back to the place that caused so much pain, survival of the fittest, fear and the thought that “we’ll never get out and just accept it”. Those thoughts are letting us just live in despair and we give up. I was lucky to get out, I had never been in a suburb and it was a complete culture shock. But I’m one of the lucky ones. I pray for all of you in the world that are in such a state of despair. Don’t loose faith! I believe in you and your strength!
