You can certainly sell roasted beans and brewed drinks in your own coffee shop in Idaho. This is because at that point you would need a different kind of license than a cottage food license to run a coffee shop. You would not be able to sell brewed drinks anywhere, including farmers markets, with only a cottage food license/permit. However, if you are giving people brewed drinks at formers markets as a sample and not charging for it then I believe that is okay. Check with the venue before you go just to be sure.
