    Summary for anyone who needs it:
    1. Ab plank: 15-30 seconds
    2. Squats: target 10
    3. Reverse lunge: target 10
    4. Glute bridge: target 10
    5. Push up: target 10
    6. I-Y-T: 15 sec in each position
    Wishing everyone well and don’t force your body (otherwise it’s easy to get injured)! One step at a time! 😌 Let’s do this! 💪

    I just want to tell everyone here that take it slow by slow, consistency is key and be happy with what you do, not sad with what you didnt do and over time like every 3 weeks or a month, increase reps and difficulty, bye have a nice day.

    When I was young I done most of those things to help me with back pain, especially lower back. But because of work I stopped doing it. Feels like I will need to start again and your video reminds me of it. Thank you for video, you have sub. :)

    This is the best chest triceps back legs core everything is worked here but if these seems too easy try diff variations of pushups nd jump squats pistol squat etc and pullups for back or if u dont have pullup bars towel curl superman position also helps for core try planks with diff variations and also idk what is the name of that ex in which u keep ur hands on the ground and try to press ur legs against ur upper body its an excellent core workout

    Awesome. I am a beginner in starting an exercise routine. And I am looking for some easy strength training exercises to do and I think I can do most of these exercises. This is perfect for me.
    I also do walking for cardio.
    Because I have some health issues, I really can't do anything too strenuous.
    So this is perfect for me

    This is a very good exopantory workout however I do like having the voice because then I don't have to look at he screen when following but I guess it wasn't a follow along so over all greatyhanks

    Nice simple workout but I have osteoarthritis in both knees so will i do more damage to my knees doing squats. It's a great routine which I'm looking for at my age of 56yrs old but my knees always ruin my workouts. Can you let me no if there's any alternatives for leg strengthening or are squats going to fine to strengthen knees. Thanks barry

    I saw this video and did squats lol..my thighs are hurting so bad .. it's like ican't even walk.. the postion of the legs .. where to keep ur hands matter a lot when doing squats..if you are doing it wrong you can expect a faith like mine😭😭

      Always do stretching after doing squats (not before)
      Otherwise they will hurt for next couple of days atleast

      It's for increasing strength so you can lift heavy. When I cannot lift a particular weight, I do these regularly to increase my muscle strength. Muscle building is a whole different story.
