@@SoldierTrading This one on video? No still in construction but their other projects are. You can rent from owner for 1 year. You get better deal that way. Or just buy your own and never worry about rent anymore forever.

I'm 62 living in a very wealthy area in Northern ca. Looking to keep my lifestyle while cutting the expense. We probably won't be buying. Rather keep our money in dividend stock the pays me heavily. So, I don't need investment property. I'll keep my house in Houston Texas. Is there an estimate of what a 3 or 4 bedroom might rent for. We're obviously looking long term. 10 years+. Might rent one for my wife's sister and her mother, who currently lives in Singapore. We are 3-4 years away from leaving the US.
