HOW?? Looks like lake Spivey where there's a lot of Nice houses. Not as Desirable as some others but for Me Almost Perfect. Close to the Airport close to Me getting on 75 & headed to Florida. No Traffic 20 Minutes to Downtown Atl So just depends & Obviously this Sub Division even in Jonesboro Not Hurting!
@vegasmitch1472 back in the day Spivey was the nice area of the county but it's not what it once was. There's a reason why when big businesses move to the south metro they move to Fayette, Henry or Coweta and not Clayton.
