Can i ask genuinely if this is something that happens regularly with SSDs, specifically portable ones cuz then why'd then these be selling so much just for speed? Cuz i have two portable HDDs for 5 years that have worked well so far but the transfer speeds makes them a pain to work with if i need to transfer and organize large size data.

SSD ka health check kia kar 6 month mein ekbar below 50% jane se dusra kharid le or backup karle kisi purane HDD mein sara data
ek jhatke se SSD dead nhi hoti bilkul, below 50% health jab hota hai tab sirf write and read speed kaam ho jati not totally dead

Both of them are extremly good, People have directed edited 4k videos off of it and even installed their steam library. Just make sure that you are using USB 3.1. Since samsung has its own flash chip manufacturing, samsung will give better performance. Similarly how their smart phones have always been fastet storage.
