Thank you for posting this! My son is on the autism spectrum & we are headed to Disney with him for the first time in March, this helped so much in strategizing for my family & allowing him to enjoy himself the best way possible! Appreciate you!!
We’re visiting Disney world for the first time in February 2023. I’ve watched all of your videos and can’t wait to put your recommendations to good use! We’ll for sure be using Genie+
I used Genie+ in April with my 2 year old. I, like you, didn’t want to be waiting in line with a toddler all day. I tried maximizing my use of it at first, but found that going from attraction to attraction to attraction was too much for my little one and slowed it down. I also found out that what I thought my toddler would like was different than what he actually liked. He was afraid of the dark, so on many of the rides he clung to my side afraid. This also changed our genie plus strategy. I really wish I had a do over of our vacation no that I know what I know. Someday I guess.
Yes! This was our same experience when we took our toddler at 22 months, she was not a fan of rides. So we ended up using G+ for characters and shows. But taking her again at 2.5, she loved the rides! So you definitely have to have prepare your expectations for what your toddler will enjoy at each stage.
I have a very specific question! If I had an early breakfast reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table at 8:00 or 8:30, what time should I make my first LL? Like Peter Pan's Flight or something else in Fantasyland close by?
Hi there! Just wanted to say that I have 3 grown boys (29, 26, and 19) and most of these videos don't really apply to me anymore. However, I love watching your beautiful smile and enthusiasm about Disney! You make my day! Cherish those memories with your baby. They grow too fast!
Going with a 12 year old, 4 year old and 2 year old. We might be using it a wee more because my kiddos are always on the go and can sleep anywhere. We are planning early mornings, resort (nap) afternoons and late evenings because it will be so hot.
Correct! You essentially have unlimited lightning lanes all day. But they can only be booked 1 at a time, or by using the 120 minute rule to stack them 👌🏼
Do you have any input on how to go about purchasing genie+ if you are visiting with another family? Does one person buy for both families (the whole party) or is there a way to go after the same things if each family does it separately?
Great question! I would designate 1 person for both families to be in charge of Genie+ if you’re wanting to do everything together. It’s not guaranteed you would find the same time windows if you do it separately. So 1 person will need to add everyone to their my Disney experience account to be able to purchase and make selections for everyone ☺️
Some do, some don’t! At magic kingdom, make sure to check the characters filter on the app, and it will tell you which characters you don’t need genie+ for, and where/what time you can meet them! ☺️
Have you used Genie+ with your toddler? How did it go?! 😍
So many people have strategies for adults or older kids and zero for genie+a toddler. Really helpful video!
So glad this was helpful! 🥰
I love how you laid this out especially with the 120 min window of stacking the lightning lanes. This was very helpful. Great video!
I’m so glad to hear!!! Thank you!

Thank you so helpful ❤
Absolutely!!
I love this video, thank you ❤
Yay! So glad this was helpful ❤️✨
When booking the reservations in genie+, do you need to do this for each person separately or can you book a reservation for your family together?
Great video! So if I understood correctly, it’s different from the old FastPass where you could only book three a day, right?

@@BekahHart Got it! Thank you so much for replying! I love your channel!

@@BekahHart That makes sense. We will try it! Thank you!!
Where would I stay with a 4yr old and 2 yr old. Disney value or air bnb
Meet and greet characters require LL???

But how many people in those genie lines 😭 sure so many people so how can you really benefit from that?
Not many at all! You typically walk right on to the ride, or have a 5-10 minute wait max.
