I spent 3 weeks of my holiday in Guyana about 2 months ago I totally loved the vibes n good specially MnM food loved the dall puri with lamb curry I spent 2 weeeks in golden grove I was in new schem golden grove u might know Mr shah he drives a blue old truck he was my tour guide

Nice work. Good to see Grove bai. Never been in that place. Didnt know it was so populated. Seem like they need a large common market ( greens, fish, meat etc)...and an sprawling entertainment center with movies and so on...( for grove/diamond). Lots of opportunities there. cheers.

Everything looks haphazard there- the roads are is desperate need of repair and there seems to be no building laws/ codes or traffic laws either. I think the Guyanese people are incredibly resilient and hopefully that will see the country in to the future. There’s a long way to go.
At least this area not under water. The roads in the side street……… well, could be better. That primary school look in bad shape. Typical Guyana, rum shop next to a church/ mosque. There is/ was one like that in ogle. During prayer times, they turn the music down.
lot of nice houses but just besides a nice house is trash and shit pile, that street with a yellow truck cab sitting there from 1930 needs a good cleaning up, not sure y the NDC don't get these people to clear all old vehicles and the place can look good, how can we look like dubai with vehicle parking on our one and only main road , not only in grove but the whole guyana is all old junk ya can find,

My friend they are two Golden Grove one on the East Coast Demerara and the other one is on the East Bank Demerara
It was just Grove, of recent they changed it to Golden Grove. It causes alot of confusion too
