As Graspop Metal Meeting 2024 fades into memory, it’s time to reflect on one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life. From the performances to the near perfect organization, this year's festival was nothing short of awesome for us.
Aston, ever the optimist, actually made the most of the rain, while Bartek, true to form, managed to go missing just as we were setting up camp. Joe, our lovable and LARGER than life friend, kept spirits high with his infectious stories and endless supply of actual spirits (oh and he managed to rugby tackle me in the Mud during my LIVE interview on Belgium TV 😂)
Conclusion
Graspop 2024 wasn't just a festival, It was me Ruby and our mates Aston , Bartek , Joe , Matthew , Samantha , and Jade creating memories.
These memories we create both on and off camera will resonate with us for life ya know? And I'm so glad you guys live through this with us too! reminding us why Graspop is a pilgrimage for Metalheads like us from around the world.

Just seen myself and my son on the video. Had a blast that day. Was a little bit off my game. Super that you have kept it in the video. As an older gentleman I have learned always pack painkillers, I pulled a muscle in my back a couple of days before seeing Babymetal last year and got through it with a cocktail of paracetamol ibuprofen and codeine, fun fact those awful airplane seats are just the perfect angle for a bad back
Totally agree with you on the seats mate!!! My back was screwed after a short flight to Romania recently and I constantly walk round holding it!

Looks like a great festival, they dealt with the rain and mud so much better than Download. I always take ibuprofen gel with me to festivals it's fucking great at numbing pain.

just wanted to say that the conversion between skullies and euro is mandatory since this year in belgium. whenever any festival or party uses something like skullies they have to have the euro price next to it aswell.
