They need to think outside the box. Just because his phone stopped pinging in that area, when he fell in homeless camp ( where they said he caused commotion). His phone and card could have fallen out of pocket after he fell. It was dark he couldn't find them and he continued on, perhaps occasionally looking towards street expecting friend coming his way at any moment. They need to find cameras further down the street to check for abduction. 😢

This case is definitely foul play. With all the evidence provided to the public so far that's where it leads plus the media interview of the 2 ladies who found the bank card and how they led up to finding it don't smell right and coincidentally the phone which is found nearby where pings where located and how the narrative is he "probably" just slipped into the river being drunk but based on my speculation of the body worn police cam he wasn't walking in a way where if that kind of drunk behavior was present to that kind of control. That officer I'm sure would of recognized that behavior and stopped him. That's the key here folks. Foul play for sure. I believe a group of people know something.
The friends, the bartender, people on the street, this officer....SO many people could have helped, said something or seen. Scary.
Blame everyone except the one gulping down alcohol. There are hundreds of drunks every night there.
