- The Darling Hotel, with its Art Deco-style architecture, was renovated from the old Tulare County Courthouse Annex and is now a boutique hotel with rooftop bar and restaurant.

My husband took me for my BD in September, we live in Visalia about a mile away, but made a day and night of it! Beautiful room and pool, dinner was wonderful and the view with church steeples lite up as well as other spots glowing was wonderful! No traffic, secure, free parking and home in 3 minutes. You really do not have to travel far to feel like you have had a weekend getaway!

I drive by this place all the time and I just recently noticed that it is a hotel looks spooky probably going to stay the night sometime just for the experience.
Matt you guys knocked it out of the park with this innovation renovation on an old Visalia building. Cant wait for everything to open up again. I'm speaking in regards to COVID restrictions being lifted. The StateParks reopening to regular full time hours. And the Farm Show alongside all the other open air events that typically draw thousands from all over the world. From the Eldeewpod to the Darling that place is hands down from the top down a classy hotel! 💯

Nice. Nice. Pricy tho. Was there overnight last year. Live 2 miles away, but just wanted to get away from home for the day.
