Ashwini Ji's voice is celestial! She raises a beautiful raga to sublime limits! The nuanced mellifluity (to coin a term) is phenomenal. She manages to draw out the listener's soul to join the raga in its ascent to heaven!

The Sadepandhara (15.5) matra taal Yaman was sung by Mogubai Kurdikar. The taal was designed by Kaprumama Parvatkar, a great tabla master from Goa.

Her raagdari does have an Amir Khan esque buildup. Ofcourse she doesn't use merukhand sargam much, which I think is completely fine.
