Nice video filming. I worked for BA for 41,5 years leaving in Aug 20 as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer at LHR , not MAN. Seeing the 1-11s and 737-200s brought back some great memories. We had a 767 based in MAN which used to fly to JFK. As a rule it was G-BNWH, however, it was swopped around for maintenance and fleet planning. Thanks for sharing.

Used to be cabin crew on the Trans Aer A300 on the remote stands in the video. Also worked for Air Ops on the L1011 - good times!
this must be pretty much the last year of the BA 737 200s operated?
I never knew there were any British Airways 737-200s in World Tails livery
Yes all ba aircraft were in the colours I’m sure🤔
Great video, but it can't be 1989 because those BA tails were only introduced around 1997 and those Continental and Delta colours are also late 1990s.
Hi Berliner965. just noticed your message. its a mistake. the first Manchester clip says 1998 and its from the same day, slip of the keys.
So why do BA only have like 2 destinations from this airport now?
Kabuterrimon next generation sadly because they adopted the hub and spoke system e.g get everyone down to heathrow and take you from there
TOBLEROWAN123 oh I see
1999 maybe!
