Came from the 10-minute build video to see this. Thank you for posting it, this was very educational for me, as I am looking into doing my first build soon.
What a difference in looks! From a pauper to a prince. I have a chugger I made four years ago when I started building CBG's. Didn't expect much but it plays so well it's one of my favorites to play. My wife hates how it looks so I think I'll get out a rattle can and do some other mods on it. Probably take a little longer than ten minutes though.
Too funny. I actually thought about that but I was out of red paint. I could've just done a fade from yellow to orange but that isn't as cool as the yellow/orange/red fade.

Thanks for finding my channel. I am glad the vid was helpful! Good luck with your build.
Have you ever seen an orange diddley bo?? *KLONG* lol 😂 love it, man. Cheers
Thanks for watching the video.
TY. Looks this will bear fun project to do with the kids.
It would be! It's always fun to get kids involved in making their own instruments.

Thanks Bob. I think I might have to rename it the 3 hour diddley at this point. LOL. But most of that time was waiting for paint to dry.
The Diddley Orange turned out great! I really like that sound. Yet another project to add to my ever growing list!
I'm glad you liked it and it's an easy build. Maybe I started a trend. LOL. Thanks for watching.
The reinforcement is a good idea. One of my first diddley bow builds cracked under the tension.
Thanks for checking out the vid. Yes indeed. These boards are strong... but even one string creates a lot of tension.
Thanks for your knowledge.Mucho Respecto!!
Thanks for watching. I like it when my videos help others.
That is a new idea 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
@@barrythird3297 thanks for watching
Nice mods! It looks good cleaned up. Thanks for tip on the quick grounding fix!
Ha ha. Thanks for watching Steve. I like to pass on the little tricks I've learned.
Another great video! Looks nice, I like the orange! Sounds really good!
Thanks. I'm really happy with the way this bow came out. It sounds pretty wicked.
Cool project I thought what would it look like if you put a fade on it to match your pvc aboriginal instrument

Cool mods. Great demo.
Thanks! It really ended up looking pretty good despite it being a 10 min build.
your ready for a rubberbullet cover band ;)
Ha ha. Thanks for checking it out.
On a guitar or bass there would normally be an earth wire running to the bridge to ground the strings.
That's accurate.
My amp hums from bad ground, like the quick fix
I'm glad it was helpful. Thanks for the comment.
