I like that this dealer shows their cards once the player is all-in, not how it's normally done but in this one on one setting there's nothing wrong with it.

The house edge comes from the dealer needing a pair to qualify in order to pay the ante bet, along with the Blind bet only paying on strong enough hands. As far as table games go though, it's a relatively fair edge compared to other games if played correctly.
