I took care of Dad while he was going through terminal cancer & helped him transition, while daughter was in ill hospital, took care of Mom & my other 2 daughters. It wiped me out, changed my life , and changed me as a person. I don't feel or look the same. I'm tired of being in that space. I need & deserve me back! However, it's up to me to get back there. Grief sucks! Putting your life back together is really hard, but you've traveled that road before, I can & will do this !" I got my notebook out,wrote my manifestations down. I've been doing yoga, started exercising again, eating healthier & started to take time for me again. It's time.
