Mam ji agar staff ko sirf ek mahine ka sirf basic salary 12800 hi milta ho to uska kaise banayenge jaise usne mujhse OCTOBER month ka manga 12800 salary ka mai use banakar de raha tha to usme November month show kar raha tha. Aur mam ji wah yah bhi bola jab mai job join kiya tha to 8500 salary tha to kya har saal ka salary dikhaya ja sakta hai ki kis kis saal kitna salary increase hua, aur kya jab kisi ko salary slip dete hai to current year ka hi dete hai na ki is saal kitna salary hai please reply me

1. hanji aap monthly base par salary slip bhi aise hi banayenge jaise abhi banate hai....or agar aapko wrong month show hota hai to aap jab employee ki salary define karte hai tab month check karein....or agar aapko har year ka record dekhna ho to aapko per year record maintain karna hoga...or agar aap pure year ki salary ek sath dekhna chahte hai to wo bhi possible hai....basic salary ka Pay head create krte waqt calculation year ka set karna hoga
