    Thank you for the provided details Raki. You've hit the nail on the head and listed all the necessary details. Well done! It's important to note that due to the impending changes in immigration laws set to take effect later this year, students will need to secure full-time employment to ensure their permanent residency status. Otherwise, they could face significant difficulties.

      Thank you.
      You are correct. Many international students face difficulties in finding full-time employment after graduation. Lot of emphasis has been made on attracting international talent to Finland, but less is spoken about the difficulties they face after graduation. I hope to share more information so that prospective students can make an informed decision when investing their time & money in studying in Finland, and those who are already here can be better prepared to find employment soon after graduation.

      @rakidedigama  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi nangi, almost all the information you need will usually be available on the University websites. So read them well.
      Regarding expenses for visa, you usually need to show one year of living expenses (about 560e per month). This is excluding the university fee which are usually around 6000 euros per year and upwards.
      I will speak about the application process in detail on future videos.

    Hello Brother 👋 from Sri Lanka. I have scored 60.7 marks for nursing in the first phase. The cut off marks is 50.55. I did my second phase well than comparing the other three in the table. The topic was very clear and my statics were on point. I handles the table well with patience. Do I have a chance of getting the admission??
    Is 10 marks above the cutoff is a good sign to get the admission??

    Raki, Thank you for your reliable information. Do you have any idea about job market for chemistry discipline in Finland? After completion of master degree in Finland..

    • @rakidedigama
      @rakidedigama  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would say the same that I said for other fields outside of Tech. Chem graduates have a better chance of employment as Researchers and PhD Students (in academics) than in industry. A friend of mine followed the same path to do a PhD in Chemistry, I will try to interview him and upload soon. Stay tuned.
      Also, a great place for research work in Finland is VTT. Check their website if there are postings for Chem graduates. Although, getting into VTT can be quite competitive.

      Hey, I hope to make more videos about the IT sector here in the future. In the meantime, my general advice would be to look for student assistantships/internships while you are studying. ICT skills are in great demand here, so you will surely have a lot of opportunities.

    Can you pleae tell me about doing a nursing masters degree and finding a job in finland

    • @rakidedigama
      @rakidedigama  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey, so if you want to practice as a nurse (or for any other role in Healthcare) you will need to learn Finnish before you can get your license to practice. If you plan on practicing as a nurse, I seriously recommend doing a program that also contains at least 6 month language training.
      If you wish to continue with an academic/clinical research career there are many masters programs in English and you could continue in Clinical Research. However, I am not yet exactly aware of the job market situation for these kind of research positions. Will try to get someone with a Nursing/Healthcare background on the channel soon :)
