    I believe that God will restore us all when the time is right.

      @@williamoarlock8634 I'll concede that you're point is equally valid and eloquently phrased, but considering the abundance of your past sarcastic interactions alongside multiple others and myself, I'd say that fair is fair. At the end of the day, it's just a friendly conversation. Wouldn't you agree, William? Regardless of your cynical antics, I still love you as my brother (Liking you is an entirely different story thus far).

    The only way to justify saying the bible god is "loving" is to radically redefine "love" so much that it no longer means what it normally means. Well shoot....what false belief couldn't be supported, if one is allowed to radically redefine words?

    hi Julie I can't take this in I've loved god all my life and now it's gone and Ime trying to piece this together again Ime so empty and so devastated and you know what love nobody cares the only one that did was god now he has gone and all my hope of seeing my beautiful soulmate that died again that gave me the strength to go on now what I really dont know

      Carole, I’m so sorry for your loss. I pray you receive support and encouragement from sisters in Christ who can help you keep your eyes on Jesus. I lost my 17yo son to cancer and loss changes everything. It’s supremely difficult but God gives us hope and in His word we find comfort and strength. Don’t do this by yourself Carole. Reach out to a grief group and to other believers who’ve experienced this. Psalm 84 was a huge comfort to me-God brings us THROUGH the Valley of Weeping. He won’t leave us there. And then it becomes a place of springs and we go from strength to strength. Praying for you dear sister. ❤

    Can you plz genuinely answer my doubt? Is it wrong to marry an unbeliever according to Christ? Bcz i don't belong to a Christian family and I'm not allowed to marry outside of my culture. Growing up i loved Christ and consider him as my God.

      She wrote a book of incredible complexity and rock solid theology and great conviction and truth, that paints the greatest picture of Gods full plan for the human race. I think we can allow her this that you say. Did you know Churchill had speech impediments, but that didn’t stop him getting my country through hell of being bombed and a terrible war.

    The Christian god is a 'loving parent' to his 'only begotten son'/self. It's only his *adopted* children he apparently cares for as I heard one preacher specify.

    • @jeffpeff
      @jeffpeff ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Any preacher that teaches that God only loves some people does not know what the Bible says.
      1 Cor. 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
      Rom 11:32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.
      2 Cor. 5:19 - To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
      1 John 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

      What are you seeking here young man? You seem angry. Did you get on the beers and listen to too much Deicide today until you felt like you just had to come argue with some Christians on the internet and assert your intellectual superiority? Do you feel you need to win online arguments to have a sense of self-worth? Is it an inferiority complex that drives you to constantly try to prove yourself superior to others?
      Maybe it's time to get a girlfriend so you'll have better things to do with your time and will feel loved and not so angry.

      That's Calvinist nonsense. The Bible even says "God does not show favoritism." The only difference between a believer and a non-believer is that a believer realizes they need God.
