Observing Michael Todd in videos like this, I can't help but think of two things: either he is stupid, which I kinda doubt, or he thinks WE'RE stupid. I don't feel at all like I'm being built up here; I feel like I'm being talked down to. I'm being fed heresy, while being talked down to like I'm a 6 year old in kindergarten. When he started doing the trinity/water analogy, I literally said out loud “Why are you screaming at me” and “Oh, shut up”. This is absolute madness. Doing a dry ice experiment to explain the Trinity and saying “this is what God is about to do in your life” WHAT LOLLLL.
We need to remember when choosing a pastor, a pastor is to be the shepherd of our souls. We need to know our pastor is someone who not only will faithfully & rightly deliver God's Word but will warn us from false teachers.

I second that! Allie is one of the few political commentators who actually approaches things with a Biblical worldview. I always appreciate what she has to say in regard to both political and theological issues.
I attended Transformation Church about 5 years ago when there were only a few hundred people that attended, and they were really good. Its so sad to see how money and fame destroyed their character.
The “water analogy” was one of the analogies attempting to explain the Trinity when I was in high school. Took me a long while to realize it was not a good analogy. I wished I had realized that sooner. God bless you.
From 11:00 onwards, Mike Todd is using the water analogy and showing off his knowledge of high school chemistry in calling water by its formula, i.e. H2O. Not only did Mike Todd get his theology wrong, his chemistry is also wrong as explained below. Justin Peters did mention some of chemistry errors but I’m just adding more details. Since Mike Todd is referring to water by its chemical formula, in 11:32 he changed the formula of water to H2O2 which is hydrogen peroxide. Ok jokes aside, let’s give Mike the benefit of the doubt that he meant to say H2O too but he really got the formula of the dry ice wrong. Dry ice is solidified carbon dioxide with the formula CO2, not H2O. 11:56 Pouring water into dry ice does not change the dry ice to water. It just “unfreezes” (actually sublimes - meaning changing from solid to gaseous state without going through the liquid state) the dry ice. The white vapour appears because gaseous water in surrounding air got condensed into tiny water droplets by the low temperature of gaseous CO2. It’s amazing how a man like Mike Todd has so many followers when he got both theology and chemistry wrong.
I’m really glad you added treasure Christ channel on this video because I had actually found out who you are because of his channel. I was stuck in the WOF movement almost all my life because it was what I was taught when I was younger and never really was challenged to do discernment on my own. I thankfully started when I started to notice inconsistency with their teachings. So thank you Justin. I love all of your stuff and listen to it daily. I’m a welder and am lucky enough to listen to you 10 hours a day. I attended Transformation church when he first took over at the old building. It was very different then. His preaching was different and I can hardly stand to even run across a short clip now on IG.
It scares me to think what will happen on The Day of God's Judgment. When people like this "pastor" have to give an account of their works here on Earth, and what will be said and done to them in return. God please help them before it is too late....✝️🙏⏳️❤️

Thank you for recommending these other channels some of which I subscribe to. I am finding that good true Biblical teaching is harder and harder to find amongst all the heresy so I Iike to get my hands on as much as possible to aid me in correct Biblical application. I find the more I study my Bible the more I find affirmation with the correct teaching of these scholars. Never just take their word. Always check it for yourself.

The story that changed my thinking was when Jesus came out of the water after being baptized. The presence of all 3 were seen and witnessed all at once. I think this alone refutes modelism.
Mr. Peters, I love you as my brother in Christ, and we would disagree on some big points in our theology but beyond that, I just want to salute your courage and your steadfast determination to get through these bizarre, ungodly presentations. I can sometimes barely get through one without wanting to smash my head against the wall out of frustration and sometimes anger at some of the frauds and wretched people who take advantage of the poor, the lost and the hurting, to enrich themselves. ( My late wife and I spent some time in the charismatic / word of faith movement= we were still in there during the leg growing phase but were gone by the Toronto "blessing" phase ) May God be with you and yours, always.

Henry's channel is good, but TC uses 'shock' titles to gain viewers, though the title is rarely in the video contents, and his content that he covers everyone already knows about. Other channels don't use such tactics just to draw in more viewers/subscribers.

Every Pentecostal should watch the historical videos that Daniel Long makes on his Longfortruth1 channel. It's shocking. There's a reason that most Pentecostal churches don't teach about their movement's history. Some do, but they will never talk about Charles Fox Parham and when they talk about other early Pentecostals they are very selective about the information.
Y'all real life hating in my opinion... he might not do everything right and according to the Book but at least he's reaching a generation of people that the church has not primarily focused on. Many people have come to know Jesus through his ministry.

What's the difference between a Person and Expression based on examples of both concepts in the Bible? I understand that God is completely unique, but not so foreign that we cannot say there is only one of Him, right? "I am the Lord there is no other?" So if there is no other Lord, then we have to think of Him as singular to begin with right? Whatever language we want to use to attempt to describe the Father, Son, and Spirit has to meet this criteria.

Not to be excessively pedantic, ice, steam and water *can* exist at the same time. This is called the triple point where at a particular pressure and temperature these three phases can exist at the same time. Nonetheless, it is not a good representation of the Trinity

Sigh…as a Chemist I sat watching that illustration in utter disbelief. And as a minister, I was disappointed that modalism is the preferred way to understand the Trinity which is simply not how the Bible describes the existence of the three distinct persons of God who exist at the same time!

From 11:00 onwards, Mike Todd is using the water analogy and showing off his knowledge of high school chemistry in calling water by its formula, i.e. H2O.
Not only did Mike Todd get his theology wrong, his chemistry is also wrong as explained below. Justin Peters did mention some of chemistry errors but I’m just adding more details.
Since Mike Todd is referring to water by its chemical formula, in 11:32 he changed the formula of water to H2O2 which is hydrogen peroxide. Ok jokes aside, let’s give Mike the benefit of the doubt that he meant to say H2O too but he really got the formula of the dry ice wrong. Dry ice is solidified carbon dioxide with the formula CO2, not H2O.
11:56 Pouring water into dry ice does not change the dry ice to water. It just “unfreezes” (actually sublimes - meaning changing from solid to gaseous state without going through the liquid state) the dry ice. The white vapour appears because gaseous water in surrounding air got condensed into tiny water droplets by the low temperature of gaseous CO2.
It’s amazing how a man like Mike Todd has so many followers when he got both theology and chemistry wrong.
I’m really glad you added treasure Christ channel on this video because I had actually found out who you are because of his channel. I was stuck in the WOF movement almost all my life because it was what I was taught when I was younger and never really was challenged to do discernment on my own. I am finding that good true Biblical teaching is harder and harder to find amongst all the heresy so I Iike to get my hands on as much as possible to aid me in correct Biblical application. I find the more I study my Bible the more I find affirmation with the correct teaching of these scholars. Never just take their word. Always check it for yourself.

The story that changed my thinking was when Jesus came out of the water after being baptized. The presence of all 3 were seen and witnessed all at once. I think this alone refutes modelism.

Mr. Peters, I love you as my brother in Christ, and we would disagree on some big points in our theology but beyond that, I just want to salute your courage and your steadfast determination to get through these bizarre, ungodly presentations. I can sometimes barely get through one without wanting to smash my head against the wall out of frustration and sometimes anger at some of the frauds and wretched people who take advantage of the poor, the lost and the hurting, to enrich themselves. ( My late wife and I spent some time in the charismatic / word of faith movement= we were still in there during the leg growing phase but were gone by the Toronto "blessing" phase ) May God be with you and yours, always.

I remember the last hit the bar that Steve and Paulette did on Michael Todd. Michael is definitely infintile and juvenile. seeing his antics I would walk out if I was there though I won't ever be there.
Most of these channels I already subscribe to but there were a few Justin recommended that are new to me such as Polite Leader, WWUTT, and Digging Deeper. I'm excited to discover new, biblically sound content. For women, I would also highly recommend The Standard for Truth.

Henry's channel is good, but TC uses 'shock' titles to gain viewers, though the title is rarely in the video contents, and his content that he covers everyone already knows about. Other channels don't use such tactics just to draw in more viewers/subscribers.

Every Pentecostal should watch the historical videos that Daniel Long makes on his Longfortruth1 channel. It's shocking. There's a reason that most Pentecostal churches don't teach about their movement's history. Some do, but they will never talk about Charles Fox Parham and when they talk about other early Pentecostals they are very selective about the information.

What's the difference between a Person and Expression based on examples of both concepts in the Bible? I understand that God is completely unique, but not so foreign that we cannot say there is only one of Him, right? "I am the Lord there is no other?" So if there is no other Lord, then we have to think of Him as singular to begin with right? Whatever language we want to use to attempt to describe the Father, Son, and Spirit has to meet this criteria.
