I've had this same car for 12 years now, and I never knew the back seats could do that... You almost made my head explode when I saw you do that. Gonna run out to my car right now to try it out. haha

I have a 2008 that’s been with me since the showroom. 12 years with me and 200,000 later NEVER left me stranded once. The automakers mad a mistake with this Hyundai Accent. Even though I have now a VWJetta which I love, I continue driving this little car. The durability and dependability is unbelievable.

@gAMER I actually finally sold my Accent six months ago and now I regret it. Wish I had it back.

@gAMER That’s because the used car prices are high because of the inflation that was created by this POS president. Sooner or later inflation has to stop. And most people can’t afford new cars so prices of small cars are being jacked up. $4K is about what they’re asking for an 08 in South Florida. I actually sold mine a lot less because it had some cosmetic issues and it was stick shift. Most people don’t even know how to drive manual.

That's a nice first car, very economical. Pay attention to the spark plug wires, they tend to go bad faster than most cars, I've only had to replace 2 on mine though. Have my 07 Sedan version, since it had 28k miles, now going strong on 112k miles.

Got the same as you but i have manual 5 speed transmission. Its a very nice car and doesnt cost a fortune to purchase an to gas it up

I also have the 5 speed, still going after all these years. Annoying to drive at highway speed though.

As another owner of this car (but mine has a manual) I can tell you the reason why the driver's visor is missing is because the clip that keeps the visor up and out of the way wears out and eventually the visor keeps flopping down into the driver's view. The weight of the visor also foils any attempt to use adhesive or any other solution, as it keeps coming down no matter what, so the previous owners probably just did what I did and removed it.

gearsofwar3xXx Same Thing Happened to my 2007 Hyundai Accent Sedan. I went to 4 different junk yards and all the visors were gone. Common Hyundai Flaw....2006-2011.....

I'm a new driver! I just brought my first car...an 08' powder blue SE hatchback. I love it!!! It's perfect for me :)

If anyone else has this vehicle and has the manual, advance warning: the clutch used in this thing is not the most stellar quality. Under normal use I found myself replacing mine at 72,000 miles. Add in hydraulic clutch and mandatory flywheel resurface, and
you're looking at $950+ in repairs.
