    Schuey...did you remove the bones yourself or did your butcher do it? From what I glimpsed, looks like it was done neatly.

      Hey lowdownone I've done t myself before but just had my butcher do it this time. As long as you have a sharp filleting knife, just run it along the bones as a guide and you will get a nice clean cut and if you like, throw the rack of shiners (ribs that you can see the bones) on the smoker as well for about an hour or so and you'll have a good little snack at the mid cooking point. 🍻

    WoW i wish i knew IF the Water pan was IN or / OUT i took ours out due to low temp and the Heat got away on me !!! edible but
    VERY well done ,charred " and the cheap rub i used didn't help , 2nd time Lucky i guess

      @@ggslv58gng57 he mentions that it is "indirectly smoked at 1:58, to me that means the water pan is in, or else you'll be grilling over direct heat.

    FYI if you want to try the best BBQ sauce for ribs known to man it's Stubbs Smokey Mesquite!! Thank me later (if you can find it)!!

      Hey FortAwesome1974, thanks for the suggestion, the Stubbs range of sauces are available over here. I'm not sure if I've seen the mesquite version as it tends to be a little too strong for our palette. 🍻
