我是福建漳州人听他们潮州人讲话比较吃力 如果是汕头人的话就 容易听懂 其实客家人也要看哪个 地方客家人 福建龙岩 连城县和长汀县 客家人讲话真的很不一样 就见漳州人跟泉州人演讲闽南话 有很大的差距

潮州話也有不同鄉音的

Agreed my late lau tio is from one part of teo sua regions. When he speaks i could only understand 5%.
My late grandad and his sister lau kou has root in kekyo - chiek yang, now residing in swatauw. I got no problem understanding them, when they speak.
Another one, is those from teo yeoh - chao yang. When they speaks sound like they are singing.. like the tone of the hakka.
