More than likely it's one of two things, it's either perfect tunes aren't installed or ur on iOS or an older version of Android

U have to install the perfect tunes for fuel rate and timing under your computer settings for any TH-cam tune to work

It doesn't work that way, every individual car has different settings even if it's the same brand of car, you have to spend the gold or buy the strip version of the car to get the perfect tune for that individual car
