Hii, how is TH OWL in aspects of studies, faculties, facilities and infrastructure? And does rank of university really matter?
Rank really doesn’t matter I feel. What matters is how much you are learning and how much skill you are building. Obviously a top college name on your profile is a good addition, but it’s not that your education in a mid tier college is useless. Most of all, if it’s a TU or TH, it means it is government accredited and such colleges in Germany are very highly regulated and regarded. TH OWL infra and facilities are not huge to be honest. But the standard of education is quite high.

Hello. I have applied for the MSc. Information Technology course at TH OWL. Do they also take an online aptitude test for selection? If they do, what topics will I have to prepare?
They will only take an assignment if there are many applicants. When I applied, there was no online test so I wouldn’t be able to tell

Check on DAAD website. That is the best place to find all courses from all universities. I don't know what the current process of admission is, for TH OWL. But earlier it was through UniAssist. If you want to know more about admission in TH OWL, simply visit their website www.th-owl.de

Hello, this is an university of applied sciences (hochschule) so they have quite good standard of education. This university is not so popular, but my personal experience as a student has been very good. The course is not average at all, it takes a really good amount of effort. Part time IT jobs are available if you have the required skillset and knowledge. You can also do non tech jobs, many students in TH OWL do that
my grade is 2.5(80%) can I secure a admit in this university? I'm applying for winter 2024? and what are the other things should i prepare to make my profile strong? Your inputs will help a lot in my application process!! Thank you
Hello Karthik, All the best. This uni is not so well known so competition is less. However, depends on which field you are applying to and how many other applicants are there. 2.5 is not bad. Write a strong SOP, if you have work experience related to your course, mention that. And apply early. Also, try to keep a good IELTS /TOEFL score

Hey, thanks for your comment. Yes there are many part time jobs available in and near Lemgo area. For non tech jobs, knowing German may be a requirement
