They both look lovely and incredibly close. I think we're really at a place where image quality is less of a factor and one should pick the feature set and ease of use that appeals to you the most. I ended up grabbing a Blackmagic 6k Pro because I LOVE their streamlined menu system as well as the internal NDs and the ability to shoot both RAW and ProRes internally. I could also see myself upgrading to a Kommodo X for the modular design and slow motion capabilities. Everything I've seen shot on the UsraMini-12k is absolutely stunning and I love the ability to record raw at different resolutions without cropping in to the sensor. I only wish the body was a little more compact and better built. I don't mind the plastic feel for the pocket cameras because they're so insanely cheap but I do wish the Ursi mini series felt a bit more professional as far as build quality is concerned.

I have the Ursa 12k (not the olpf version). So… color wise I think the Komodo is more accurate and is cleaner in the shadows. The Ursa is better in the fps / slomo

The richess in the ursa 12k totally blow me away, you could see every graduation in his cheek while the komodo was lacking and having a pretty neutral color.

That's a shame they weren't shot simultaneously. These were shot on separate sittings, judging by the noticeable difference in the knit cap configuration.
I think this was intentional to achieve the best subtle light/shadow contrast of each system being compared so that each had it's best foot forward, which seems fair to the manufacturers, but not the photographer looking for the truth before investing in either.
To your credit, it does not appear that DaVinci Resolve was involved to help the Ursa.
