What a great weapon for an organization, to use a player who has years of experience and inside talk regarding potential help to the team. His input only steps on toes… ie. pride. Upper level position should have the final say… it’s their job, but use Aaron who not only has inside knowledge but also happens to be on the field!

Then you tell your coworker that you went to HR and instead of being supportive, your coworker says “DAMMMMMNNN BROO I CANT BELIEVE TOLD ON YOUR BOSS” That’s how you sound when you say Aaron shouldn’t have said anything because he needs to be “respectful of the organization”.
Facts, he wears it proudly. He’s a team guy, he ain’t the type to go into a meeting with higher ups and say one thing then say another to his team. He tells the world the same thing he tells his teammates which also mean he tells the organization
As a Cowboys fan, he's one of the greatest and will go down as one of the Greatest QBs of all time. If the Packers would have drafted decent defense or a WR other than DA and a running game then all these years wouldn't have been wasted. Yet, with all these things going wrong in GB, Aaron always kept GB relevant every year just because he's the QB. I guess what I'm saying is this, people think Aaron is an ass but honestly he just wants to be great and win rings like every QB and organization. If it wasn't for Brady's rings, I can definitely consider Aaron Rodgers in the GOAT discussions. Definitely one of my favorite players to watch, this is coming from a happy Cowboys fan with Dak and how he's moving our Cowboys into the right direction. I hope we see GB and Cowboys in the NFC Championship! P.S.Packers fans are loyal and I can respect that, that makes the packers easy to cheer for.
Every organization starts at the top. They have created an us and them culture. No organization will or can reach their full potential with this approach. They’ll continually fall short until they change this current business model approach.

Yeah but I don't like how he said he feels like hes being treated like a player lol,he is just a player but thinks he is above all of his teamates..Guy has bought into his own hype, statistically guys like Tom Brady,Peyton Manning,Drew Brees and even Big Ben have put up better stats on a more consistent basis..Rodgers has never had a 5000 yard season, and if you look at his stats he has only had 3 seasons where he put up uber stats, but never over 4600 yards.Brady,Big Ben,Drew Brees and Manning have all had 5000+ yard seasons and alot more 4500+ yard seasons than Rodgers and Brady and Manning have each had a 50+ td year which Rodgers has never had,if you took away Rodgers 3 best seasons than he wouldn't be a top 5 QB lol
Why has he let this stew all summer? Why didn't he say something a year ago? He got a coach fired, now a year after they got rid of players, he's saying something about it? If you got an issue, speak up when you start to feel it not a year later.
I guess you can call him whatever you want, but he's made it pretty clear to Packer fans and the media that he won't respond if addressed as A-Rod, because he's not A-Rod.

As a Bears fan, I totally respect what Aaron is saying here… but his issues are an NFL thing, not a Packer thing. They treated many Bear studs like crap on the way out. Urlacher, McMahon many others. Players are just pierces of meat to owners and Mgmt.
There must be something that we don’t know, because on the surface it seems obvious to allow him to at least be a apart of these conversations. If there isn’t anything being hidden then the only reason I can think of is ego from the front office, and that’s too bad. As a Bears fan, it’s so obvious he’s a very unique special talent. So it makes you wonder the approach of the GM and Co.

They're both going to catch a ton on TDs.
This is a QB league. They are the most important part of the entire organization. Packers management are amateurish. The fans are great and Rodgers is a legend. Now you know where the problem lies
They should have fired the GM and most of the upper execs. Obviously there’s a problem and has been for awhile. Get rid of them, Use Aaron to recruit a few to FA and let him give input to drafting. Makes sense to keep your most talented employee happy.

@@tharengore7215 the packers have a more of a history of MAKING stars than SIGNING stars. I'll prolly get laughed at for this, but I don't even think Love is the guy that will end up taking Rodgers' place, anyway. I think that day is a little further down the road than most assume.
Wow, the truth finally comes out. Aaron wasn't the enemy, he was just trying to be involved deeply with the team was never about the money!
I am late but straight savage right here
I want more press conferences like this
What a great weapon for an organization, to use a player who has years of experience and inside talk regarding potential help to the team. His input only steps on toes… ie. pride. Upper level position should have the final say… it’s their job, but use Aaron who not only has inside knowledge but also happens to be on the field!
Respect to him for being this open and honest. Not even a Green Bay fan.
Big respect to you Aaron. - cowboys fan.
Totally genuine guy. I didn't really know just how genuine he was being a Seahawk guy. But this guy is the opposite of selfish in that he was inclined to fight for his contemporaries on the team as well as the future of his team. I think that I'm a Green Bay fan this year!!
As a Bears fan, i got nothing but repect for how hes handling this. But side note, is his accent stronger now??
I didn’t think Nicolas Cage played football 😂
Imagine if your managers were treating you like shit and intimidating you into doing a bunch of shit that’s not part of your job description, so you inform HR. Then you tell your coworker that you went to HR and instead of being supportive, your coworker says “DAMMMMMNNN BROO I CANT BELIEVE TOLD ON YOUR BOSS”
That’s how you sound when you say Aaron shouldn’t have said anything because he needs to be “respectful of the organization”.
Facts, he wears it proudly. He’s a team guy, he ain’t the type to go into a meeting with higher ups and say one thing then say another to his team. He tells the world the same thing he tells his teammates which also mean he tells the organization
Eagles fan here, good for him speaking up for himself and fellow teammates. We'll take him!
Just gained a ton of respect for Aaron Rodgers
If Green Bay let him take over the team they would win a super bowl if not they would be close.....
There comfortable making playoffs
Around the 9:30 mark he almost says “love this organization” and choked it back and stuck with fans and team😂😂
Maybe because he realized that he ALREADY mentioned his love for the organization at 4:05
As a Cowboys fan, he's one of the greatest and will go down as one of the Greatest QBs of all time.
Highly disappointed in the packers organization
If QBs talked like this it would change the game for the better... absolutely riveting
With a solid team around him Aaron Rodgers could win infinity superb owls im a bengals fan and I see his arm strength and accuracy is not faltered at all put a team around him and it would great to watch WHO -DEY!🐯🐯🐯🐯🐯
Everything Rodgers said is true. Can't really blame him for wanting out.
Dude saw how Brady is a shot caller and didn’t want to take another backseat to the goat
More athletes need to do this
It’s amazing how important they can make throwing a kids toy back and forth seem.
He put the front office on probation for one year.
It’s funny that Aaron is so angry about the same thing that he did to Favre smh
He's just asking to be in the conversation. How is this a big deal? Seems like the Packers organization is entirely cold shouldering. Just let the man in the room! Absolute peanuts compared to losing him. Go Pack.
I agree whole heartedly but a rich ego can be difficult to pop without jailtime lol
The fact they aren't even using him to recruit talents show that that FO are a bunch of primative idiots stuck in the 60s.
@@captinbeyond because he was still under contract… now that he can leave, he speaks his king. Simple.
My respect for Aaron after this 📈📈📈📈📈📈
I respect all he is saying 🙌
Niner fan here and I can certainly respect A-Rod in this instance
I guess you can call him whatever you want, but he's made it pretty clear to Packer fans and the media that he won't respond if addressed as A-Rod, because he's not A-Rod.
Loved the honesty
Makes sense now Glad i saw this and didnt read all those bullshit articles
If i was green bay I would have offered juju a 12 million a year deal instead of getting cobb to put in the slot.
VERY WELL SAID!
As a 49er fan I’ve always hated that we didn’t draft Aaron, he’s been my favorite quarterback since forever lol I just wish he’d get more help to win a few more chips
A class act! A true gentleman! This integrity in the light of day!
As a Bears fan, I totally respect what Aaron is saying here… but his issues are an NFL thing, not a Packer thing. They treated many Bear studs like crap on the way out. Urlacher, McMahon many others. Players are just pierces of meat to owners and Mgmt.
Aaron you are the man, you should be the next Packers GM...
Put some respek on Aaron's name! 💯💯🐐🐐
I'm in Eagles fan. Damn, Green Bay is going to be hard to beat this year. I'm glad I'm not a Vikings, Lions or Bears fan this year, because Rodgers is gonna be out for blood.
Also, I don't play fantasy football but I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to put a higher premium on Randall Cobb and of course Devonte Adams in your drafts this season.
As a Niners fan, dude is legit.. speaking facts
As a bears fan it’s sucks he’s back. But it sounds like for only one year. Yeaaa
so is cobb, the bear killah
@@andyd5038 😂💀
“He Knows That we got an opportunity to win a championship, when I’m playing”
The shots are real lol. Good for Aaron
Can't even win a NFC championship let alone a NFL championship. Tom Brady has the conference on lockdown. Would be wise for Aaron to retire
@@Stevenirons has the conference on lockdown?😂 how’s that gonna work when all the players that followed him there want money? Brady didn’t turn a mediocre team to a super bowl team. The 5 star players he came with did that. Brady hasn’t won a championship game when the opposing team scored more than 25 points. It’s pretty easy to win games when you have a top 5 defense your whole career and you have time to sit in the pocket and throw checkdowns.
@@shane7778 lol your story sounds good on paper..but 10 superbowls and 7 rings..stop it. Aaron rodgers has trash numbers in nfc championships. Not to mention rodgers only won 1 nfc champ and his numbers were 1 td 2 picks and 55 qbr. Saved by his defense for his lone superbowl appearance.
Welcome to the REAL National Footballl League........we need more Robert Kraft's......but even he could not keep Tommy satisfied. It's refreshing to hear this honesty!
I'm a bears fan but I have respect for what he is saying about his team...the way the organization has treated past players as this goes for all football teams so maybe in the future....this will send a message
If say it with your chest was a person 😂😂😂
Sad thing is they only won one super bowl with a great Hall of Fame QB... terrible management.
Man leave them fools alone and come to Denver. We will treat you right
I guess he could also be the Packers Bus Driver too. 😆
Who was he talking about when he said “we cut the 2nd best receiver in camp last year”
Jake Kumerow
