Yesss the double ball joints for the waist and chest are great and all, but for me its the neck. Marvel legends to me has to start putting ball joints at the base of the neck
I've been waiting years to see something like this in both articulation, proportions and looks as far as the style of Symbiote Spidey goes and I LOVE IT. Kudos, hope I'll someday make such a custom for my collection following your process!
Thats gotta be the best ML Spiderman custom! You did a good job sculpting the logo and removing seams on the body. Ball joint technology like this SHOULD be the future of ML. Hasbro could 100% pull it off. Great custom man!
Wow this is a great custom, phenomenal job bro. Especially impressive all of the articulation points you added and how well they're hidden and blend with the fig. I'd buy this
Good to see another person use Kid Omega for Symbiote Spider-Man. Mine's almost finished, but I'm just so paranoid of ruining the insignia when I add the black lines on the spider.
Awesome job man, im actually working on a custom with a similar idea on adding ball joints with the comic crossbones body so i can make a custom venom. And seeing the process of you making this figure has me pumped to finish mines, great work and hope to see more from you soon dude😎
I´ve seen the entire process on IG of this custom and to be honest it´s perfect the end result. You trully made a huge upgrade on an already good figure
Great job. I was wondering how DangIt prod. custom would work on a smaller figure and you did it good. I got one question. At 9:58 after cutting the peg, how do you keep the butterfly and shoulder conected?
Just a second later I brought in the same arm with a ball joint on that spot. I keep the neck of the ball and drill a hole into the butterfly and glue the ball in via its neck.
Brother... YOU HAVE TO (jk XD) make the classic suit with this tech, this just outshines the marvel legends tenfold... Preferably a Todd Mcfarlane or John Romita Jr. Look.
Okay..this is absolutely legendary status haha. One thing..where did you get the ball joint pieces for the torso? Was that Lego? And what about the ones for the feet that were on a runner..what were those from? Thanks in advance.
When I see customizers do this, I can’t help but think that Hasbro sometimes over engineer their figures when something so simple in execution is possible. I see that there’s now a gap since you now have a ball joint to replace the reverse ab crunch, do you think it is possible to diminish this gap or this could prove to be difficult ? As far as I know, Medicom Toys has been doing this but it hurts the sculpt a bit when the pelvis area is way larger than the rest.
I leave gaps because they allow more articulation. You could close them or just not make them like I do, but that might out a whole centimeter of bend or crunch
Do u do commissions omg id love yo have one of your work no matter the price that Marcel legends black suit spiderman is a must have plz let me know id either buy that one off your hands or have it commissioned by you
Not bad, not bad at all, It looks pretty good, but if a person doesn't have these figures on hand they will have to buy all 3 figures just to make one. On top of that they would have to have some knowledge of Customizing and painting, So I say this wouldn't it be better just to buy the mafex version which is really good and for the amount money you're going to spend and the time you're better off getting that
@@leanmeangreenbeanmachine3347 🤣 oh trust me I am creative enough, I do toy photography I build dioramas I do customized work for props I've even made props for my toy photography, I also have a massive collection of different type of action figures from different brands such as Marvel Legends s.h.figuarts Mafex Mezco one:12 diamond select McFarland NECA and other sorts of brand so trust me when I say if you don't get these figures at dirt cheap to make this one figure you're better off just buying something a little better but if you have these figures and you don't care for them then go ahead, and buy your comment I can tell you thought you were going to eat with me it ain't going to happen buddy
Man if the shoulders came like that standard on marvel legends, they’d have a lot less competition. The proportions on this custom are amazing, I like how he looks a tiny bit more tall and spindly than the regular Spider-Man, it just adds to the alien parasite factor and also have that spiderverse aesthetic 🧑🍳🤌
Holy shit that looks good, the ML should really use the ball jointed waist and torso combo on a spiderman figure in the future man
Exactly! And hasbro does it on their gijoe figures so I’ve always wondered why they couldn’t do it for marvel
You had a fantastic idea using lego pieces for the joints, beautiful custom 🔥🔥
The credit for that goes to @dangitproduction
The custom figure was so good I almost thought it was the Mafex Symbiote Spidey with the ML Symbiote Spidey head
Butterfly joints = Shf, Arms, legs, and head = ml, Ab crunch, neck swivel, and feet = mafex, Ankles = Am

You did a really awesome job. Thanks for showing the process, I'll try something out too and this will help me as a reference
Man, this makes me want to get into heavy customization. I've done a bit with paint so far but that's it
Wow this is a great custom, phenomenal job bro. Especially impressive all of the articulation points you added and how well they're hidden and blend with the fig. I'd buy this
Yeah this is an Amazing custom. Thanks for sharing this video!
Superbe custom et l'amélioration des joints en lego énorme ✌bravo
Best thing about the video is the Game Theory theme song

This is an inspired custom! Truly exceptional work
SUPER NICE 👍. Next is custom feet magnets for that extra wall crawling.
I might have to try this custom because i have too many mixel joints laying around.
Finally, some real good modifications! And pops and swaps 👌 subbed!
Bro the black suit. Looks great and like mafex
Man you did an impeccable job.
this is so good,i think that if you would add blue highlights it would be perfect but otherwise spectacular custom
El logo de araña de en frente podría ser un poco más grande pero igual te quedó muy bien
Grazie

Yes those are lego mixel joints. I bought mine from ebay. Also you can buy hobby ball joints this size off Amazon
Take notes Marvel Legends
I'm going to do it like yours
AMAZING!🎉❤😮
Someone should do this with the life foundation venom
Kinda looks like the mafex

What figure did you use to mix it like that cause awesome
Cool
Have you ever thought making a classic Spider-man figure on baron von strucker body or on the vulcan one?
I have. I wanna make a buff spiderman with vulcan legs and roadblocks arms
@@McToyReviewer69 when will that happen?
Show us a tutorial on the toe joints
Yeah maybe

I'm really flattered that you asked, but I don't do commissions. Maybe one day I will but that won't be soon.
what sculpt are you using?
Apoxy 2 part
Which G.I Joe figure did you use because there I know it’s from a python patrol figure
Cobra trooper. But any regular sized joe fig might do
Can you do it on retro spidey figure
I don't trust my pain skills to re create the web lines
