its got that iconic old school jrpg rock feel for sure. i can't say who did it first but the sphere is influence is pretty huge, from falcom to alicesoft to nexxon, quick-paced intricate guitar riffs chugging along with double pedals tucked underneath and orchestral stuff layered around is such an iconic feel.
