well here in 2022 the "heather" oils that was believed to be a better alternative to butter seems to be the cause of heart disease that causes strokes and heart attacks.. funny thing is that cooking your food in butter or even lard or beef fat is much more healthy than using these oils..

They are like a contact batter in baseball. They have less homeruns than some other great sketch teams like monty python, but they also strike out less. Just consistently hitting it. That is just my opinion that may just be a generational thing, but I think that's where you are thinking as well.
