For a teen to grow into adulthood and for an adult to confirm their selfhood and find comfort study Amos Wilson, John Henrik Clarke, Keith Norton who wrote the book Copious Black/ Black Supremacy and the Conglomerate the reign of Glomo that will be out next month. John G. Jackson and his trailblazing book Man, God and Civilization, Dr Carter G. Woodson, (The Miseducation of the Negro), Dr Ivan Van Sertama, Cheikh Anta Diop, Malcolm X, Dr. Yosef Ben-Jochannan and a daily study of the "Egyptian Book of the Dead" which is where they got their concept of the Bible from, that's very important. Indeed Dr. Amos Wilson for a contemporary African centered Psychology, there is no potency more potent then those guys I've just mentioned along with the female Dr. Cress Welsing. You must know history because history is the make up of who you are currently, and who you will be in the future, so there must be a deliberate study of history to know one's self. Kemet.

Bro you need to come with a better name! African/africa is a European name black people need to come up with their own black name! The Europeans renamed names that the ancient ancestors left behind, like it was called (Ra) and symbols before it was called (sun) in English. The same with the word lion, owl and much more! Everything in ancient times, has been renamed by the Europeans.
